Cluster Manager - Sales - Retail (2-5 yrs)
JD for Cluster Manager
- Driving Revenue will be the prime focus
- Inventory Data to be published
- Stock and sales data at product level, learning on fast and slow movers
- Replenishment and fill rate to be monitored
- To Coordinate with B&M Team at HO.
- Managing HR in the MBO's - Recruitment, training etc.
- Minimum committed revenue to be delivered across all the MBO's.
- New MBO's to be signed
- Market visits and Business development activities.
- Tech to be used at MBO's to update Sales and inventory data.
- Coordinating with the MBO for improvement of sales
- Category management - Suggesting the right categories or the market as per the market understanding.
- Should poses extension market Knowledge and should be from relevant back ground
