Key Responsibilities :
- Keep a close eye on finances and marketing in each store
- Driving customer experience standards
- Planning & achieving revenue target
- Implement sales strategies and goals that are adhered to by each store
- Ensure planning and availability of the stocks
- Market and competition analysis
- Ensuring SOPs are adhered by all stores
- Hiring team members at each store
- Leading and building strong teams.
Desired Profile :
- Should have a direct store handling experience for at least 2 years
- Complete knowledge of store management
- Strong analytical thinking
- Should have operational excellence
- Creative and has strategic thinking in place - to forecast and plan regularly
- Possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
