Cluster Manager - Sales & Marketing - Retail (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We have an opening with our leading Client Looking out for a Cluster Manager @ Chennai

Roles :

- Lead the Operations & Business Development of a Cluster

- Business Development

- Responsible for the Top and Bottom line achievement.

- Monitors the sales of the cluster and gives input improve sales consistently.

- Reviews of the outlet performance.

- Checks and ensures the adherence of the Standard Operations Procedures

- Ensures that Quality Audits are done and the score is obtained.

- Educate & Guide Franchise Partners and ensure FOFO salons top line are achieved.

- Follow-up with projects and vendor for new outlet opening.

- Identify the potential location for opening the new outlet with in the cluster.

- Ensure new outlet achieve its target with in the short time.

Customer Management :

- Ensures that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is uniform across the cluster.

- Handles and records all critical customers complaints and address all the complaints within 48 hours.

- Directly meets the customer and apologies when needed.

Marketing & Promotions :

- Partners with external bodies for BTL tie ups

- Ensures the Visual Merchandising is in place and updated regularly.

- Ensures that the Marketing collaterals and other promotional materials reaching the outlet well in advance.

- Studies the marketing activities of competitors to bring in new / unique concepts.

Management Information System (MIS) :

- Prepares and sends daily, weekly, monthly sales reports.

- Does competitor sales (Value and Volume) analysis on regular basis.

Employee Management :

- Recruits team members for existing and upcoming outlet.

- Prepares Duty Roasters, Monitor attendances, handles leave, coordinates with HRD

- Motivates and Appraises Outlet Managers on monthly basis.

- Identifies Training Needs and Nominates his / her team members for Training Programs

- Handles Employee Grievances, Warnings and Show- Cause notices, suspensions and terminations.as per policy.

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP :

- 100 - 150 Employees (Inclusive of Outlet Managers and SSPs) will report to this role.

- Should Review the team members on Daily/Weekly & Monthly basis and ensure they achieve their target.
