Cluster Manager - Sales - Insurance (8-13 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1) Have to visit all the assigned territories personally to expand the network of ZICA/MT. Need to be open to travel for more than 15 days.
2) Franchise acquisition & Franchise Management
3) Identify Franchise opportunities and build long-lasting client relationships and Lead generations.
- Responsible for New Business development in the region.
Required Skills :

- must be proficient in Speaking Regional languages.

- Conversant with using MS Excel/PowerPoint/CRMs
- Should be Target oriented and need to have a sense of ownership
- Graduate/Masters/MBA
- 8+ years of experience in Direct sales
- Candidates having Business to academic or Business Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) experience with a good understanding of Franchise acquisition in the region will get preference.
