Job Title : Cluster Manager - Home Loans
Job Responsibility :
- Leading a team of RM's and CSM's
- Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA's and Connectors
- Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks
- Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction
- Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats
Key Skills: Key Skills : Good Communication skills
Mandatory : Looking for only HL/Lap experience
- Handling a team of 25 people and above or multiple branches or currently a senior manager/ branch manager
