Product : HL,LAP (Candidate should have strong experience in hl, lap product)
Qualification : Any Graduate
Job Role :
- To enhance the branch business through business development
- Smooth flow of day to day operations in branch in micro finance product.
- Branch Key Handling & Monitoring the Branch Operation work.
- Verify the customer's KYC and profile for new customers
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Revenue Generation of the branch
- NCD (Non Convertible Debentures)
- Improve the Operational efficiency
- Identify new catchment areas
- New Customer Acquisition
- Retention of Existing Customers
- Maximizing productivity of each staff
- Retention of the staffs
- Mentor the staffs to work as a Team
- Handling Customer queries
- Liaise with statutory norms
- Pre - Screening of login files before PD.
- PD/CPV of all logged cases once CIBIL and Highmark is positive.
- Based on PD/CPV if any additional documents required inform the same to Customer, BM .
