Job Description
Defining the strategy and executing it in on the ground for one of our high potential & core clusters in the city. This would involve :
- Leading and managing a team of centre managers to offer the best customer experience across all centres in the cluster
- Defining, prioritizing and executing sustainable solutions for growth in product rating Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback
- Recruit top talent in industry for the centre management team
- Managing individual and team performance expectations and goals to ensure a healthy and efficient - work environment
- Monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence
- Performing ad-hoc analysis and reports based on business needs
