Cluster Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- Handling a team of 10 to 12 Relationship Managers and generating business through Bank branches
- Driving business through Bank Branches in the Region
- Responsible for targets allocated to Bank Branches
- Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications
- Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets
- Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market
