JOB PURPOSE
Manage a team of 8-12 Smart Officer /Smart Office Managers & drive business targets and profitability for the assigned territory
PRIMARY
All Departments Agents / Customer / Dealers/Banks
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Will work as Business head for the assigned territory
Develop an effective agency channel for the assigned territory Identify & tie up with potential Motor Dealers/Sub dealers and start business with them.
2.Develop relationship with tie up Bank employees, Train & motivate them to do business & achieve targets Building and managing a Team of Highly professional Smart Officer In Charge in the assigned Territory Ensuring Recruitment of intermediaries through Smart Officers Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line as per budget Should be adept at multi-tasking(handle SO sales & operations on an ongoing-basis, whenever need arises)
3.Good communication & inter personal skills
Should co-ordinate with Underwriters,HR,IT & operations team to manage a smooth function of smartoffices.
