Cluster Head - Sales - Wedding Planning Firm (1-2 yrs)

Looking for Cluster Head for our client, Weddingz.in (now a part of Oyo Rooms) in various locations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage a set of venues in an area.
2. Manage venue managers [people who manage venues]
3. Accountable for sales of these venues [bookings]
4. Regular training of venue managers and accountable for their career growth
5. Maintain relationship with venue general manager and venue owners
6. Work with corporate marketing team to ensure your venues are marketed
7. Review daily / weekly MIS on the venue and take appropriate actions
Required Skills:
1. MBA preferred (Tier 2- 3 colleges - Sales and Marketing)
2. Must have Prior sales + business development experience of 2 years.
3. Analytical and self-driven
4. Strategic thinker, Thinks and behaves like an entrepreneur
5. Should have lived/worked/studied in the city for a minimum of 2 years, Knowledge of the local language is a must.
