Cluster Head - Sales - Optical Business (5-10 yrs)

- Looking for a Candidate who can speak Marwadi, & has experience with the Store Management as well.

- Experience in Optical business will added as an additional.

- Pursue sales leads for stores within the cluster

- Pursue institutional sales

- Develop long term sales plan for key customers of all stores within the cluster

- Local field marketing including making tie ups with local doctors, hospitals, institutions, hospitals, companies and others for the purpose of eye camps, tie ups and cross promotional activities.

Execution and implementation of all marketing activities as per instruction of the corporate office / Regional Head

- Coach and mentor less experienced sales executives, support staff and others to improve their performance

- Develop new and local sources, avenues and agencies to facilitate employee recruitments within the cluster

- Facilitate employee recruitments

- Recording and reporting cluster employee's performance periodically

- Organizing and conducting annual employee appraisal within the cluster

- Effective employee management within the cluster in guideline with HR Dept

- Periodic cluster level audit of all stores for their effective day to day operation and administration

- Working closely with all Retail Store Managers of the cluster to run and manage store effectively

- Reporting immediately to the Reporting Manager together with concerned department of the organization for any inadequacies seen or reported to him/her with regard to store functionalities.

- Respond to complex customer enquiry and provide extended hands to all the Retail Store Managers in dealing with difficult customer complaints

- Since the role of Cluster Head demands to serve the organization in the management category, it is important that all your actions and responses should be diligently and attentively taken in the overall interest of the organization and last of all profitably for the organization.

- Effective implementation of any policies and guidelines that would be populated by the company from time to time.

- Whole hearted participation in new store launches

- You will be responsible and accountable for all your jobs responsibilities, that will be entrusted with you and your adherence to the office rules and regulations is a must.

- You may also be asked to travel to explore new Business opportunities, in different parts of the country.
