One of our client a one of the fastest growing leading hospitality brand which own's chain of Restrobars/ FINE DINE restaurants an operating across major india metro cities ( Delhi, Mumbai. Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & overseas locations . The client aimed at creating businesses within the food & beverage and accommodation sectors, founded to create a niche in the indian food industry .The client operates chain of Fine Dine Restaurants / Restrobars Ice cream Parlors/ Banquets across india.

We are looking for Cluster Head ( QSR Chain) for the corporate office at Worli in Mumbai.

III) EXPERIENCE-10-16 years in managing chain of QSR's in Mumbai

JD for Head of Operations :( Cluster Head)

1. This is a senior management role.

2. He / She would be responsible for overall business operations, P&L of the Mumbai city to begin with and with time, if ready would be elevated to head national position.

3. Experience : Great people management skills, Hands-on operation experience, Must be from QSR chains or cloud kitchen space.

Job Summary :

- As head of city operation, you will be responsible for overall P&L, Expansion and Efficient operation of the business and will report to the VP Operation 

Responsibilities and Duties :

Key deliverable :

1. Identify opportunities for growth in every unit, plan marketing activities and achieve the P&L Objectives.

2. Hire & Develop right talent at every level of operation.

3. Design and execute SOP's to improve operation efficiency and customer service levels.

4. Identify new markets for Expansion.

5. Manage day to day operations of the city.

6. Analyse market trends, competition and provide regular inputs to the management on product,price, promotion & services.

7. Collaborate with central product team and develop culture of one customer, one team.

Key Skills :

- Experience of managing large scale operations in QSR's, Cloud kitchens, Food service Industry

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Graduate i/HM/ Hospitality Mgt

- Operation experience in a QSR or a Food service Industry is a MUST
