Cluster Head/Branch Manager/Manager - Sales - Bank (8-20 yrs)
A fast growing newly established private bank is looking for Branch and Cluster Managers for all major cities of Gujarat.
Branch Manager - 8 No
Sr. Branch Manager - 2 No
Cluster Manager - 2 No
Sales Manager - Liability -1 Nos
Objective :
- Execute and monitor overall administration and efficient daily operations of a full service branch office
- Including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
Principle Accountabilities:
1. Achievement of incremental number and value targets for Liabilities (CA, SA, FD); Assets (Home, Auto & other assets) and Fee Products (MF, LI, GI, Gold & other fee products)
2. Prepare and monitor Sales plan for the branch
3. Build a healthy asset and liability book.
Increase market share in the catchment area (3 to 8 kms radius)
Experience : 8 Years onwards in Banking with minimum Assistant Branch Manager or Manager or Cluster Manager Post.
Salary Range : 8 Lakhs to 18 Lakhs or more p.a.
Job Locations for Clusher Head : Ahmedabad and Mehsana
Salary Range : 12 Lakhs to 18 Lakhs or more p.a.
Job Locations for Branch Managers : Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Vadodara, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar
Salary Range : 8 Lakhs to 14 Lakhs or more p.a.
Job Locations for Sales Manager-Liabilities : Ahmedabad
Salary Range : 8 Lakhs to 12 Lakhs or more LPA
