Exp. 8-10 Yrs. in life insurance sales from Direct/CAT/S2S/Priority Channels etc.

Job Description :
1. Head the S2S Channel in Andheri branch.
2. Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of on-roll staff in S2S Channel.
3. Help, assist & guide the Sales Managers to procure necessary business.
4. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.
5. To motivate SMs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company.
6. Regular monitoring of SMs performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.
7. Facilitate administrative & operational supports to SMs of S2S Channel for smooth functioning.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. 8-10 Yrs. exp. from life insurance sales.
2. Mini. 4-5 Yrs. exp. in team handling from life insurance industry.
3. Candidate must only be from western line.
4. Majority of Experience to be in Direct marketing/S2S/CAT/Priority Channels.
2. Age shouldn't be more than 40 yrs.
