Job Role :
- Calling active and existing clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Attending the calls and guiding customers for the venue
Telecaller Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate.
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English.
- Experienced as well freshers both are welcomed.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
