We are Hiring Sales Team Manager.

Designation : Sales Team Manager.

Department : Sales .

Experience :

- 5 year in any kind of sales or marketing.

Timeshare industry : 1 years

Location : Ghatkopar West Mumbai.

Work Role : 

- Achieve growth and the sales targets every month by successfully managing a sales team

- Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members, with the objective to build and promote strong & long-lasting customer relationships, thereby building and increasing the potential referral business of the sales team

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Front Line Direct Sales Experience of minimum 3-4 years, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Strong business sense and timeshare industry experience required for a minimum 1 year.

- Been in the city for at least 1 Year.

Sales Manager Responsibilities :

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

- Meeting planned sales goals.

- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

- The ongoing training of your salespeople.

- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

- Promoting the organization and products.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Sales Manager Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Experience in customer relationship management.

- Experience managing and directing a sales team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Dedication to providing great customer service.

- Ability to lead a sales team

Salary : 4 to 6 LPA (Depends on interview) + Incentives + Travelling allowance.
