Club Oxygen - Executive - Digital Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that Engage, Educate and Motivate.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing and ROI based marketing metrics.
- Vendor management.
- 360-degree Marketing exposure with SMS, IVR, BTL, handled Telemarketing teams, WhatsApp Marketing, Brand, Website, Influencer, ORM.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of paid acquisition channels like ROI based lead generation campaigns or user acquisitions and performance analysis.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and provisions monthly to allocate funds wisely.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns with metrics such as Cost per Sale, Gross Lead to Sale, etc.
- Coordinate with branches PAN India to ensure sales and Cost Per Sale recovery is done.
