Job Description:
Handle a team of 100-120 members including co. Sales executives, Marketing Executives, Team Manager's, Member Relations, DSAs, and tele callers.
Achieve agreed targets in all channels:
- Company & Franchisee
- DSA
- Holiday World
- Onsite sales at Resorts
- Recruit & build the team
- Drive the local marketing activities for high quality Lead Generation (prospecting)
- Drive BTL promotions for lead generation as well as building brand awareness
- Put systems in place for sales processes, member interaction, collections
- Manage the branch expense to be in line with given budget
- Closing of member issues
- Make the team perform to the potential
Experience:
- Sales experience of 10 to 12 years. Sales experience can be in Telecom, insurance or service sector.
- Must have handled direct sales or Franchisee sales operation
- Must be exposed in multi tasking performance
Requirement:
- Graduate / MBA's preferred.
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills - Persuasive ability needed.
- Should be able to understand the "Young people" way of thinking.
- Should be able to work in result focused environment
