An Associate/ Advisor / Sr. Advisor - Sales is the interface between the organization and the clients. They service prospective and existing accounts by assessing their needs and use the knowledge of products and services to increase sales and meet sales targets through personalized service. They provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services to ensure customers receive a professional, positive, customer-centric experience.

Skills & Ability:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Customer Service Skills and Phone/E-mail Etiquette

- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

- Ability to understand a customer's requirements

- Good sales and negotiation skills

- Able to work independently while understanding the nuances of effective communication with team members and customers alike

- Ability to analyze and research information

- Results oriented

Responsibilities:

- Achieving clearly defined individual and team KPIs

- Generate, Identify and develop prospects to help achieve the targets

- Corporate and Association Activations

- Generate unsolicited references from the clients by delivering value and stronger relationship

- Understand the target market of each project

- Understanding customer profiles and requirement in depth. Develop insights about customer and his requirement

- Creating detailed recommendation presentation for customers

- Identifying need for personalized analytics for the customer to enable the client to make an informed decision

- Coordinating with analytical team to get high level analytics for potential clients

- Meet the prospects and present the recommendations and help the prospect choose one among the recommendations

- Responsible for handling customer queries/issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations within assigned TAT

- Focusing sales efforts by gathering current market trends on pricing, products, new products, payment schedules etc.

- Suggesting additional products and services available to customer

- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
