Clove Dental - Executive - Customer Care (2-7 yrs)
- Handle Calls (Inbound & outbound, Patient Queries) Etc.
- Provide customer support execute patients for the company services into Dental Health Care
- Excellent communication skills in three language Hindi, English and Regional Languages (Telugu/Tamil/ Kannada)
- Awesome at making customer relationships and meeting targets.
- Day to day dealings and updates with doctors and clinics
- Good at objection handling and solving problems
- Impeccable customer handling skills and good Communication skills
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Addressing patient's uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Skills :
- Strong communication skills
- Min. 2 year of relevant experience
- Great Influencing or pitching capability
- Have experience of handling inbound & Outbound calls, understanding customer requirements
- Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Required Language: English, Hindi, Telugu and if any other regional language
