Cloudway - Sales Manager - Software Sales (3-7 yrs)

- The Sales Manager is a highly responsible and target oriented job, Responsible for the Business generation of Business Management software like SAP ARIBA / Procurement solution to high value Companies.

- In this position, the SM will sell the concept, understand the customer requirement and demonstrate the concept, maintain the funnel of the customer, Follow the target and generate revenue from the market to sell software applications.

Requirements :

- Candidate should have PAN India market experience.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Selling CONCEPT/SOFTWARE/ high value product & services.

- Candidates should have experience to meet with CXO/ Management level.

Education :

- Graduate/ BBA/ BCA/MCA/MBA

- Other professional Degree would be added advantage

Professional background :

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with same type of organization in Business Development and Sales.

- Lead Generations

- Networking

- Revenue generation

- Business Development

Technical :

- Knowledge of concept selling & dealing with CXO in LE.

- Good knowledge of MS office application like, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PPT etc.

General skills :

- Good understanding of ME & LE industry.

- Capabilities to handle the large deals

- Capability to sell the concept

- Target oriented

- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and team-working abilities, coaching an advantage.

- Enthusiastic & pro-active, process oriented person.

- Relationship-/networking building capabilities

- Customer focus and service-oriented attitude.

- North Indian market understanding

Communication and Personal skills :

- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills

- Listening, Understanding, and Responding: Practices attentive and active listening, has patience to hear people out and can accurately restate and respond to issues and concerns

- Strong coordination and planning capabilities

- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

- Highly self-motivated and performance orientated.

- Able to work at all levels in an organization and possess strong stature and presence. Must be highly credible both internally and externally.
