- Responsible for the Business generation of Business Management softwares like SAP/ IT Software /CRM/ERP/PAYROLL.

- Responsible to sell the concept, understand the customer requirement and demonstrate the concept, maintain the funnel of the customer, Follow the target and generate revenue from the market to sell software applications.

Requirements :

- Candidate should have North Indian market exp.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Selling SAP/ IT SOFTWARE products.

- Candidates with the experience of selling ERP, PAYROLL, CRM, School and College management has added advantages.

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills .

- Lead Generations, Networking

- Revenue generation

- Business Development

Technical

- Knowledge of software industry/ Concept selling/ Customized Software application selling.

- Good knowledge of MS office application like, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PPT etc.

Advantages to have knowledge on one of the following:

- ERP

- CRM, PAYROLL, Campus management

- Software customized applications

General skills :

- Good understanding of SME industry.

- Capabilities to handle the large deals

- Capability to sell the concept

- Target oriented

- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and team-working abilities, coaching an advantage.

- Enthusiastic & pro-active, process oriented person.

- Relationship-/networking building capabilities

- Customer focus and service-oriented attitude.

- North Indian market understanding.

Communication and Personal skills :

- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills

- Listening, Understanding, and Responding: Practices attentive and active listening, has patience to hear people out and can accurately restate and respond to issues and concerns

- Strong coordination and planning capabilities

- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

- Highly self motivated and performance orientated.

- Able to work at all levels in an organization and posses strong stature and presence. Must be highly credible both internally and externally.
