1. Ensure implementation of Sales strategies
2. Must have geographical/territorial knowledge.
3. Deliver the annual volume objective of the area.
4. Achieve Primary & Secondary Sales.
5. Ensuring the effective distribution of company products.
6. Expansion into new geographies & new markets.
7. Monitor the performance of the Sales team & distributor within the area.
8. Continuously monitor & analysis of competitor activities.
9. Focus on the all-round development of the Sales team.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Education : Any Graduate ( MBA/PGDM) preferred.
2. Must have strong selling & analytical skills.
3. Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Local language.
4. Commitment to achieving the sales target.
5. Good managerial skills .
6. Experienced in handling sales team.
