Cloudpoint - Manager/Team Lead - Customer Care (4-8 yrs)
Team Lead who can handle support for next generation products : IOT, Home Automation, Alexa etc
1. Inbound / Outbound Voice Support
2. Chat and Email Support
4. Experience in product support in IOT, Alexa / Google Home/ Home automation Products . Additional Experience in Servers, Storage, Laptops, Tablets, Mobiles, Gaming consoles, Streaming devices will be added advantage.
5. Positive attitude, takes complete ownership of customer issue and ability to solve customer's concern
6. Good command over English and Hindi (written, comprehension and verbal)
7. Excellent comprehension skills - ability to understand customers concerns.
8. Develop and Manage team under him. Share knowledge with team members, develop Training modules, Reporting.
9 .Ability to translate technical information / instructions into a simple language that would ensure seamless trouble shooting
10. Good listening skills, demonstrate empathy, Willingness to learn.
11. Front end clients for daily, weekly reviews.
12. Experience to serve customer across various touch points.
13. Capture VOC and will be responsible for C-Sat and NPS.
14.Aware of latest trends and developments in the technology industry.
15. Coordinate between various stake holders e.g. Client, Service Engineers, Logistics partners and Warehouse.
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate with minimum 2 years of Technical Experience.
Should be able to join in 15 day's timeframe.
