Cloudnine Hospitals - Senior Executive - Marketing (1-4 yrs)
Marketing Executives works with internal teams to coordinate and execute strategies as well as business and cross- functional teams. Works with managers to oversee the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition. Reports to and coordinates with other department heads to manage North Marketing campaigns.
Responsible for-
- Leads and manages marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects as discussed with the North Zonal Marketing Manager
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including print, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
- Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing staff progress and results
- Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives
- Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy
- Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars
- Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends
- Ensuring project timelines and deadlines are met
Requirements and skills :
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- 1-4 years of experience in sales and marketing would be a bonus
- Thorough knowledge of marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
- Must- should be based out of North where Cloudnine Hospitals operate. Open to travel.
- Communication skill should be good
