Job Responsibilities :
- Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business teams on Cloudnine.
- The person should be able to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
- The person will be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on operations, sales, customer satisfaction, promoting, and tailoring our solutions for our customers.
- MIS management for the operations and transactions of the services launched
