- The candidate will be working for the online Community of Cloudnine, Cloudnine Mamas. They will be handling the strategic and operations side of Community.
- Creating growth strategies for Community to scale it up
- Working with content writers and designers to plan and execute the content calendar and mailers on time
- Community postings : webinars, LIVE, fb LIVEs, PR articles, etc.
- Creating & scheduling communication plans and promotion plans
- Designing new events and initiatives for all customers segments of Community
- Handling online events like baby showers, meetups, fertility events etc.
- Customer service, Customer calling, Handling customer queries, complaints and taking regular feedback
