CloudJournee - Senior Executive - Business Development/Sales (4-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling potential clients ensuring a strong pipeline of sales opportunities in US/UK market.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Actively engage with key decision-makers of prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives and to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
