CloudCherry - Manager - Sales (5-7 yrs)

The Sales Manager role will be responsible for driving sales growth by aggressively promoting and selling CloudCherry to its target market. You will uncover, qualify and close new opportunities with new logos and upsell existing clients. You are results-driven, continually refining your sales process and skills, and thrive in an entrepreneurial and start-up culture. The ideal candidate also - plays well in the sandbox- working with cross-functional team members across the organization in order to achieve goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

- Lead business development efforts for this defined market segment

- Manage all phases of the sales lifecycle including prospecting and developing leads and work with regional leadership

- Consistently close new business at or above quota level

- Leverage existing client relationships and networks to create a quality pipeline or prospective clients and partnership opportunities

- Run a disciplined salesforce pipeline including lead management, qualification, closure and bringing established sales methods to the sales process

- Build sustainable pipeline momentum that delivers consistent sales results quarter over quarter

- Ruthlessly qualify prospects in order to move the sales pipe and build accurate forecast

- Develop overview materials to support initial meetings/conversations

- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Finance

Requirements :

- Past experience of 5-7 years in being a part of enterprise or SMB sales

- Track record of success with SaaS platform sales preferred with average deal values above USD200,000

- Proven ability to build client relationships, develop trust and understand clients- pain points

- Exposure to and/or hands-on experience with collaborating with marketing teams for demand generation

- Exposure to and/or hands-on experience in working with partners

- High energy, optimistic and highly motivated with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and time management skills

- BA/BS. Post-graduate degree in related field a plus

- Must be in possession of an active passport

- High professional and personal standards

- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
