Cloud Sales Role (1-5 yrs)

Tasks and responsibilities :


- Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs


- Qualify opportunities and handle objections


- Conduct C-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts


- Explain Google products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs


- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products


- Collaborate closely with client to create a territory "plan-of-attack", including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks.


- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process


- Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects

Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota


- Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings


Minimum & required Skills for hiring :


- Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner


- Strong experience speaking with C-level Enterprise clients


- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment


- History of quota over-achievement


- Knowledge of CRM system


- Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team


- Proven success in generating leads and experience cold calling and presenting sales pitches.


- Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills.


- Experience working in IT sales environment


- Chat Exp. in technical sales

- Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills


- Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious and proactive


- Able to work independently but within a team environment
