Closing Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
- Freeze terms and conditions with buyer and seller/tenant and owner.
- Follow up with clients for a visit.
- Track and record every client need and close the deal.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.
- Preparing loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
- Real estate experience minimum 1 year is a must.
- Should be fluent in Marathi, English & Hindi.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Understanding Social Cues.
- Ability to Negotiate.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
- Good time management abilities.
