Position: Digital Marketing Lead

Job Purpose: Strategize & execute for optimum growth & acquisition across B2B and B2C

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and strategize digital marketing approach for company

- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy

- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on a company's success

- Develop the online go-to-market plan, owning the online marketing budget and deciding on the optimum spend allocation across B2B and B2C for better and right acquisition of customers

- Lead performance marketing and identify and implement opportunities for improvement

- Test into new marketing areas to scale them if performance is in line with targets.

- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels for content, media and performance.

- Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth.

- Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.

- Ability to build huge network/ increase the traffic on online channel and social media profile pages.

- Drive SEO and SEM strategies to drive incoming traffic & leads through the Marketing efforts

- Work closely with the Digital Head in running and handling end to end Digital Marketing including Online, Mobile and Social Media Marketing

- Work closely with the Data team and drive customer data insights through various marketing channels and take rational decisions.

- Review the performance of the marketing agency, regularly assessing its performance against benchmarks and taking corrective actions when necessary

- Monitor digital marketing techniques and strategies used by other startups, media and entertainment & Digital brands; poach best-practices and creative tactics and implement the same.

- Identify new strategic partnerships and opportunities for revenue growth and scale of customer base

- Actively develop internal and external relationships to help advance overall growth targets

- Keep abreast of key industry trends and market conditions across all media (e.g., traditional, digital, social, mobile, etc.)

- Introduce new Pricing, Offers and product Category

- Driving decision & customer experience through data

KPI :

- Exceed Revenue Targets

- Increase Organic Traffic by 5x

- Bring online channel in top 5

- Pricing, Product, Customer Journey & Customer Experience

Skills/Educational qualification required :

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent Experience

- In depth commercial experience in Customer Acquisition, Online marketing and Business Development & Sales

- Highly analytical and organized

- Able to think strategically while keen on being very hands-one to do what has to be done

Total experience: 8 to 12 + Years

Industry/Role experience : Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing

- Experience in managing P&L of 100 crore plus

- Should have worked with consumer brands and agencies

- Should have led a team of digital marketing and sales and engaged with creative, content and media buying teams

- Should have a deep and good understanding of Performance marketing

- Should have been in a target oriented role to achieve numbers both in terms of revenues and in terms of customer base
