Mealawe is a food tech company that delivers homemade food from a nearby home kitchen to users. We are enrolling every homemaker or family who is willing to start a home food business from home. Mealawe is an advanced & trendy mobile application which is available on iOS & Android mobile phones. Through Mealawe mobile app, any user can place home made food ordering and we deliver food in no time. Also, we are giving earning opportunities to every homemaker (mostly women) and many delivery partners who can earn money by delivering food. We are providing every kitchen with biodegradable & eco-friendly packaging material which will cut down on plastic waste and also provide healthier food packaging. Apart from hot meals, other options that are available are homemade pickles, snacks, sweets, cakes, etc.

Description:

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales manager to join our team. The sales manager will complete all tasks assigned by the company, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls and also participating in meetings.

You should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding sales managers are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Onboard Home Kitchens/Cloud Kitchens along and handling the inquiries from existing and new clients.

- Gather sales leads from the market and approach Home Kitchens/ Cloud Kitchens actively, from no star to 5 stars and get them on board with Mealawe as a partner.

- Build a potential Home Kitchen/Cloud Kitchen by nurturing and continual engagement over a period of time.

- Maintaining a strong relationship with Kitchen/Cloud Kitchen owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same.

- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

- Responsible for managing the sales individually, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets, and promoting the organisation's presence and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation's presence.

- Being the face of Mealawe in the market and standing up for the values we believe in.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Graduate with 0-4 years of sales and marketing experience.

- Graduate with excellent communication skills.

- Attitude & Aptitude for Sales.

- Should have sales DNA and appetite for sales domain.

- Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels will be an added advantage.

- Confident, Pleasing and a go-getter personality.

- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life.

- Analytical, good excel skills.

- Initiative & Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns.

- Creativity & Initiative: Demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward.
