Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Telecalling team as Telecaller Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our services and generating business through outbound telephone calls. Successful candidates have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on their performance during the provision period.
Qualifications :
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products/services to interested individuals.
- Excellent active listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
