Clientjoy - Social Media Marketer (3-6 yrs)
Overview:
We are looking for an Executive - Social Media to plan, manage and measure all social marketing efforts and lead brand communications. This role also requires deep social media DNA and a natural desire to connect with the broader social media world and live in it day-to-day.
Skills Required:
- At least 3+ years of experience managing Social Media handles
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Super weird personality, highly extroverted, a strong believer in breaking stereotypes & extremely creative
- Knows to make reels, guides, stories & influencer/blogger outreach activities
- Is a pro when it comes to kicking start conversations & creating engagement on social media handles
How does your day 1 look like?
- You will be completing your HR formalities
- Onboarding with the company know-how
- You would be introduced to your new friends who you can choose to call your colleagues, acquaintance, or best buddies
How does your first month look like?
- You can give 5 hours long pitch on competitor analysis & your recommendations for the brand's social handles
How do your first 3 months look like?
- You have established a new language of designs & communication alongside our copywriter & visualizer
- You have increased our profile engagement rate to more than 10%
- You have collaborated with bloggers and influencers for mentions & shoutouts
How do your first 6 months look like?
- You have created award-winning campaigns to promote our brand
- You have increased our social media following by 10x
- You have collaborated and participated with relevant companies/startups ( at least 3 every month )
- You have leveraged every kind of media across all the social platforms to generate digital momentum
