Overview :

In this role, you will strengthen Clientjoy's organic growth across new and existing markets. You- ll be responsible for strategizing & scaling our organic traffic, which ultimately translates into an increase in signups. You- ll work closely with the Marketing team and collaborate with Engineering teams to execute the best SEO practices.

Skills Required :

- At least 6+ years of experience managing SEO & ASO

- Demonstrated ability to drive maximum organic traffic & mobile app downloads/discovery including Technical SEO, Content Marketing, and Digital PR.

- Experience managing SEO for large websites on CMS' such as Square Space, WordPress & custom-built websites/apps

- Highly proficient with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMRUSH, AHREFS, Moz, Google Optimize, Data studio, AMP pages, etc

How does your day 1 look like?

- You will be completing your HR formalities

- Onboarding with the company know-how

- You would be introduced to your new friends who you can choose to call your colleagues, acquaintance or best buddies

How does your first month look like?

- You will be auditing the SEO efforts that have been done since last 6 months

- You would be geared up to implement your new strategies and initiatives on the lines of the SEO, ASO, VSO

How do your first 3 months look like?

- You would be halfway through your implementation of the strategies

- You would be nurturing your team executives

- You would have completed learning the art of delegation

- You would be extremely confident to start suggesting product changes, workflow changes, and recommendations for the company's digital growth acceleration

How do your first 6 months look like?

- You would be starting to reap the fruits of the seeds that you have sown 5 months ago

- You would have created a new sales channel that complements the growth of Clientjoy

- You would have crossed a score of 60 on DA & DR and breaking the spam score to less than 10%

- You would have doubled our organic traffic with your secret sauce strategies

- You would be extracting a lot of learnings about client behavior on the search ecosystem and translate them to signups
