Role : CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST :

What you will be responsible for :

1.) Lead all post-sales account planning and management for a portfolio of complex, global customers-you are going to work with our customers to make sure they have successfully implemented our product.

2.) Work with customer to understand their digital (and especially email) marketing strategies and how can help execute them.

3.) Create over all goals and measurable KPIs

4.) Provide expertise on technologies-help our clients learn some of the cool things our product can do.

5.) Lead strategy and goal review meetings with key clients.

Work with the internal team to :

1.) Act as a customer advocate and liaison to executive leadership, customer support, product management and engineering.

2.) Work with in a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experience for some of the world's largest brands.

3.) Ensure that all customers with in the territory derive maximum value from their investment in the company

4.) Make internal teams aware of some of the cool things our customers are doing on the company's platform

5.) Some extra things you will do:

a.) Become an expert in an enterprise-class digital marketing platform

b.) Develop an expertise in abroad range of digital marketing channels including email, mobile (text, push, and in-app messaging), social media, and display advertising.

Experience and Skills :

1.) Email marketing experience is strongly preferred-you've either worked for another service provider, or you did it at your own

2.) Hands on experience with digital marketing platforms-Pardot, Marketo, 113 MCore metrics, Adobe Omniture, and any ESP including Mail Chimp, Exact Target,13 ronto, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Yesmail, SailThru, etc.

Experience: 2-4 years of customer /client support, chat support.

Must Have Skills :

1.) An entrepreneurial spirit

2.) Superior problem solving and creative skills

3.) An obsessive, compulsive desire to underst and "why" and "how"

4.) A love for data, and comfort with math, calculations, and analysis

5.) A passion for creating things online
