Client Servicing Role - Voice Process - BPO (1-5 yrs)
We are pleased to announced that we are hiring for International Call Center in Navi Mumbai.
Location : Airoli ( WORK FROM HOME )
Qualification : HSC / Graduate / Post Graduate
Age Criteria : 30 Years
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have at least 1 year of experience in any International Call Center.
- Should be comfortable to work in fixed night shift.
- Should have laptop / desktop
Job Profile :
- Serves client by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential client by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains client records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting client information and analyzing client needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing client information.
Shift Time : 9 PM - 5 AM
Week Off : Saturday - Sunday Fixed Off
