Client Servicing Role - Mutual Fund (2-6 yrs)
Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
- Main role:
- To trace opportunities for improving the service proposition and implement them
- To assist branches in resolution of escalated queries / complaints
- To co-ordinate with the third parties for ensuring early resolution of issues / requests from customers
- To undertake projects relating to client services operations
- To handle escalated transactions of high value customers
- AML processing, brokerage processing
Knowledge & Essential Skills:
- Good Communication skills Spoken and written english
- Positive attitude
- Relationship skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors
- Basic knowledge of MF products & Market knowledge
- High Enthusiasm & Aggression-
Academics:
B.Com., BBA, BMS, Post Graduate ( MBA / MMS) and NISM Certification
