Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-user adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize clients requirements
- Document and analyze required information and data
- Proactively identify and address issues related to Salesforce configuration and user adoption.
- Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications.
- Perform research and implement best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement.
Key Skills :
- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Potential or experience in people coordination skills.
