We are hiring for Client Servicing Representative for US international Process.

Outbound Voice
Qualification : HSC / Graduate
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should have at least 1 year of any international voice experience.
- Should be comfortable with Night Shift
Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- Explaining the product features in detail
- Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade
- Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
Salary: 30K net
