Client Servicing Role - Influencer Marketing/Public Relations Agency (3-6 yrs)
Client Servicing - Influencer Marketing / Public Relations Agency - Remote
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Interactions, ability to understand the Client Requirements and Build Relationships with the Client
- Manage a Team to ensure the timely delivery of Client Requirements
- Interact with Influencers / Celebrity / Their Managers for campaigns.
- Work along with Celebrities / Celeb managers and ensure timely delivery of Content for campaigns.
- Create Strategies for the Influencer Activities along with the central Creative solutions team
- Build an client account assigned, to the maximum potential leveraging multiple offerings and solutions of the platform.
Secondary Responsibilities :
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
- Create Case-Studies of the campaigns along with their reporting team
- Generate reports post execution of the campaign for the review of the clients.
- Work with the central finance team to ensure payments been received from the clients on time
Requirements and Qualification :
- 3+ years experience in Influencer Space or Public Relations Agency in client servicing roles.
- Possess a natural curiosity and enthusiasm for the continuation of best practices.
- Must have experience and knowledge about Influencer marketing and managing influencers.
- Should have experience in Planning and Strategizing Campaigns.
- And must have good communications skills and people skills.
- Should have experience in Handling a Team of minimum 4-5 people
