Client Servicing Role - ATL/BTL/Digital - Advertising Agency (3-9 yrs)
We are looking for Client Servicing role - 1+ yrs of experience - In Advertising agency
Worked on ATL/ BTL / Digital Servicing.
- Understand the business strategy and goals, and develop member acquisition strategy and plans for the marketing and member communication
- Monitor the adherence to the budgets set; highlight variations, if any
- Deliver end to end effective & error free brand and campaign management with respect to airline partner.
- Ensure a best practice and quality control culture is deployed on all deliverable throughout the campaign process
- Work with marketing agencies to ensure high quality and on-time delivery, with allocated budgets
- Support the Client Services team on communicating, advising and selling of Marketing programs and channels to partners by providing Marketing one-pagers, calendars and rate cards
- Be responsible for understanding campaign objectives and providing best practice expertise to maximize effectiveness and partner participation
- Be responsible to drive brand objectives related to B2B & B2C brand
- Launch the communication campaigns as per plans; analyse the effectiveness of the initiatives post implementation with inputs from the Analytics function
- Undertake execution of any project/ initiative for the department and organization as identified from time-to-time based on business needs
