Client Servicing Role - Advertising Firm (3-9 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Frequently interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings.
- Identifying various ways to overcome clients' critique of company products.
- Maintaining and updating an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a very timely and professional manner.
- Heading training seminars/ programs to enable client education to fully utilize product features and benefits.
- Ensuring that the terms of sale are entered correctly into the client database
Skills Required :
- Previous hands on experience on customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication ( both oral and written) skills with expert-level fluency in English.
- Ability to manage complex client situation.
- Have good relationship building and networking skills.
- Ability to handle work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
