Client Servicing Role (1-2 yrs)

An advertising agency is hiring for the profile of Client Servicing.

Qualification: Masters degree preferably in advertising

Experience: An experience in agency environment will get preference.

The candidate will be responsible for developing the key strategic insights that underpin advertising ideas, working closely with the client to research the market and understand the consumer.

Job Description:
 
- Work on new business pitches

- Strategy & Planning

- Creative thinking

- Persuasive presentation skills, able to manage difficult clients and sway meetings in your favor.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Use research, both primary and secondary, to deliver true consumer insight.

- Act as a bridge between smart strategic thinking and great creative solutions.

- Able to develop ideas that successfully translate a client's brand and business requirements into marketing success stories, awards, and case studies.

- Adept at handling senior clientele and forging strong relationships.

- Responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of brands

- Monitor content across competitor brands on popular social platforms

- Build and mentor team members.

- A deep understanding and passion for digital marketing.

Other/Special Requirements : 

- Advertising planning, brand strategy, consumer insights, or other fields that you can demonstrate pertain to digital account planning

- A hybrid with some exposure to Mainline/Online planning and creative ideation.

- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Effective team management capabilities

- A keen attention to detail

- Confident and clear communicators
