Opening For Client Servicing Executive


- Graduate in media or marketing

- 3-4 years of experience handling accounts of different brands in India with deep knowledge and networks in industry

- Experience of working with youth brands and media agencies across different sectors

- Create, manage and engage different student and non student networks across 50 cities in India for Grapevine and its clients

- Lead team of 4 community managers to develop effective communication, engagement strategy for all networks

- Monitor, track and report on community performances across cities and networks

- Develop, deploy plans to enhance relationships, bond with ambassadors across networks

- Refining and delivering results for all clients through different communities in India

- Ability to create an effective process and information flow between client services team and other disciplines.

- Handle multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organization

- Able to assist the Operations team with designing the training and implementation of all internal and external tools

- Ability to contribute to client's business growth by identifying new opportunities

- Ability to foster a productive and empowering working environment

- Understand market trends and create solutions based on data insights for clients.

- Can create strong relationships with clients of the company

- Handle major accounts of Grapevine thus managing a portfolio of about 5-7 Cr business

- Opportunities to get insights and data of the largest, most valuable population audience in India

- Access to 50+ cities and 2000+ college networks across India

- Work with a young and a vibrant team across cities

- Lead projects across different verticals and teams
