Client Service RM & Operations Role (2-4 yrs)

Description : The Candidate should have a strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. The candidate should be very good with numbers and must be a strategic thinker who has ability to analyze and solve problems quickly. One should be Intuitive to customers- needs.

Qualification : Post Graduate in commerce (PGDM/ MBA/, Preferable- should have scored good marks in Higher Schooling- 10th & 12th Standard.

Skills : Expertise hand over Microsoft excel, ability to work well with others and lead a team, attentive to detail and organized, must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.

Language : Candidate should be proficient in English & Hindi

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant industry.

Role & Learning- s: Via this job candidate will have an international exposure. As the company has global footprints; role will revolve around dealing with analysis of global products and developing understanding of those verticals.

Key Roles :

- Client Servicing- HNI Clients and other wealth clients.

- Produce monthly client portfolio reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting

- Assist in performing the portfolio audit of all the prospects and preparing a quick summary presentation

- Being a wealth advisor managing all the activities of the client's portfolio with the senior management.

- Coordinating with several internal & outsourced teams, agencies, banks etc.

- Controlling/tracking of all the documents and keeping logs of all the data

- Monthly cashflows of clients.

- Execution of the Indian & Foreign Funds

- Post execution - perform client specific reconciliation

- Tracking the third-party investments made by clients, seeking reports etc for analysis

- Checking internal software/reporting system for periodic accuracy

- Record all the queries and keep a track of deliverables

- Co-ordination with clients for all periodic bank statements and other statements and inform the product/research team
