3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure seamless delivery of services.

4. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.

5. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

2. Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

4. Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals. Flexibility to adapt to changing client demands and business priorities.

5. Attractive and friendly demeanor, presenting a professional image while engaging with clients.
