Client Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Should have Knowledge about the Product.
- Achieve Sales Targets.
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners.
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
- Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales.
- 100 % Lead-Based Inside Sales of Life Insurance.
- Receiving leads from assigned Bank and source business through Channel Partner.
- Building team capability through regular training interventions.
- Drive sales team activation through regular engagement with the Sales Manager of the Bank.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales and Marketing
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Education : Any Graduation
- Candidate : Local Candidate
- Good Communication Skill
