Client Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Helping the sales staff sell more products and services via upselling and cross-selling
- Establish sales and income targets and work tirelessly to meet them
- Proactively plan for and anticipate the needs of the clients' enterprises; act as the main point of contact for complaints; escalate issues as required
- Working internally with teams to meet client objectives
- Schedule regular client consultations to ensure their satisfaction
- Look for fresh approaches to consumer retention
- Occasionally, on-site analysis may be required to: help clients with their technological needs and problems
- Inform the sales team of prospective opportunities to close new deals with significant clients
- Addressing and resolving the issues that the client has identified
- Meeting with clients to improve relationships with current accounts
